During the event, the celebrity will engage in light socialization, such as chatting with guests or mingling, without a formal speaking role or significant promotional activities.

Booking Process: To book a celebrity for a social appearance, the user must provide details such as the event type, venue, date, time, and duration of the appearance.

Offering a Location: Users who own or manage a location (such as a bar, home, or other venue) may list their location on the Sponsoreta platform as an available venue for celebrity meetings. Location owners must provide accurate and complete information about their venue, including capacity, amenities, security, and any other relevant details.

Location Approval: Sponsoreta will review the location details and approve them for listing. We reserve the right to reject any location that does not meet our platform’s standards or is deemed unsuitable for celebrity meetings.

Owner’s Responsibilities: As a location owner, you are responsible for ensuring that your venue is safe, secure, and appropriately set up for the celebrity meeting. This includes providing necessary security, privacy, and amenities. You must also ensure that the location complies with any local laws and regulations regarding events and gatherings.

Revenue Share: Location owners will receive a percentage of the booking cost as compensation for providing their venue for the meeting. The percentage of the booking fee paid to location owners will be agreed upon during the registration process and disclosed to the owner in their booking summary. The remaining booking fee is retained by Sponsoreta, including the service fee.

Sponsoreta provides a platform where celebrities can list personal items for sale to users. These items may include, but are not limited to, memorabilia, clothing, accessories, or other personal goods. Users can browse these listings, make a purchase, and pay the listed price for the items.

Listing Personal Items for Sale

Celebrity Listings: Celebrities may list personal items for sale on the Sponsoreta platform by providing accurate descriptions, prices, and photographs of the item(s). Celebrities must ensure that all listed items are legal to sell and do not violate any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property laws.

Item Accuracy: Celebrities are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the item descriptions, photos, and any other information provided. Sponsoreta does not guarantee the authenticity, condition, or quality of the items listed for sale.

Approval of Listings: Sponsoreta reserves the right to review and approve any listings made by celebrities. We may reject or remove any items that do not meet our platform standards or are deemed inappropriate for sale.

Purchasing Personal Items<

Payment for Items: When purchasing an item listed by a celebrity, the user must pay the listed price in full through the Sponsoreta platform. The payment includes the price of the item, applicable taxes (if any), and a platform service fee, which is non-refundable.

Transaction Confirmation: Upon successful payment, users will receive a confirmation of their order, including the details of the item(s) purchased and the payment made. This confirmation will serve as a record of the transaction.

Celebrity's Responsibilities

Delivery of Items: Celebrities are responsible for delivering the purchased item(s) to the user at the address provided during the transaction. The celebrity must ensure that the item(s) are shipped in a timely and secure manner, as agreed upon at the time of purchase.

Shipping Time: Celebrities should clearly indicate the expected shipping time in the item description. Any changes to the shipping timeline must be communicated to the user promptly.

Condition of Items: Celebrities must ensure that the item(s) being sold are in the condition described in the listing. If an item is damaged, missing parts, or misrepresented, the celebrity is responsible for resolving the issue with the user.

Platform Responsibilities

Service Fees: Sponsoreta charges a service fee, which is a percentage of the total sale price of the item. This fee is deducted before the funds are disbursed to the celebrity. The service fee is non-refundable, even in the event of a cancellation or refund.

Payment Processing: Payments for items are processed securely through third-party payment processors. Sponsoreta does not store payment details but uses encryption to protect your payment information.

Messaging Service Overview

Sponsoreta allows users to send messages or questions to celebrities. These messages may be answered by the celebrity either through text or video responses, depending on the celebrity's preference and settings. The celebrity sets the fee for responding to the message.

Sending a Message

Message Submission: To send a message to a celebrity, you must submit your question or message through the Sponsoreta platform. You will be prompted to provide the payment required by the celebrity for responding to your message. All payments must be made in full prior to submitting the message.

Message Content: The content of the message must comply with Sponsoreta’s community guidelines. We do not allow offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content. Celebrities have the right to refuse to respond to any message they deem inappropriate or violating these guidelines.

Message Fee

Setting Fees: Celebrities set their own fees for responding to messages, which can vary based on factors such as the type of response (text or video). The fee must be paid upfront before the message is sent.

Non-Refundable Fees: Once the payment has been made and the message is sent, the fee is non-refundable, even if the celebrity chooses not to respond or if you decide to cancel the message request.

Chatters and AI Bots

Sponsoreta only allows selfie videos recorded through the app and doesn't allow video uploads so this limits the use of Chatters or AI Bots trying to sell prerecorded content.

Mandatory Manager/Agency Attendance:
All celebrity meetings booked through the Sponsoreta platform must be attended by a registered and approved manager or agency representative. This representative is responsible for overseeing the meeting, supporting the celebrity, and ensuring the safety and professionalism of the interaction.

Mandatory Manager Registration by Celebrity:
Each celebrity on the Sponsoreta platform is required to register their official manager or agency representative through the app as part of their profile setup. A celebrity’s profile cannot be activated or used for bookings unless a manager or agency representative has been successfully registered and verified.

Manager Role and Administrative Access:
Once registered and approved, the manager or agency gains administrative access to the celebrity’s Sponsoreta profile. This includes the ability to:

• Manage availability and scheduling
• Approve or decline meeting requests
• Coordinate logistics and security
• Communicate with users when appropriate

Royalty Fee for Managers/Agencies:
Sponsoreta pays a royalty or commission fee to the registered manager or agency for each successfully completed meeting. The fee amount is defined in advance and distributed automatically after the meeting concludes.

Conduct and Compliance:
Registered managers and agencies must conduct themselves professionally at all times and ensure compliance with Sponsoreta’s Terms of Service. Sponsoreta reserves the right to revoke access or suspend accounts in cases of misconduct, negligence, or misuse of the platform.

Sponsoreta allows verified celebrities to send mass notifications to all users who follow their profile. These messages may include promotional content related to mass market products, upcoming events, merchandise, or brand partnerships.

Anyone can register as a celebrity-influencer
The puprose of the app is to allow you to meet in person with anyone in the world.

We dont allow the distribution of illegal products within the app. You can report it through the app.

All users have to be verified by credit card,photo and government id.

We give the ability to every governement to ban a user that is providing illegal services.
This can be done by just pressing the government icon in every user's profile and all his content will disappear immediately from the app.
